These Terms govern your use of PantriBoss, a service provided by Boss Capital Holdings, LLC("Boss Capital," "we," "us"). By creating a household or using PantriBoss, you agree to these Terms.

What PantriBoss is

PantriBoss is a shared household grocery planner. It helps your household build one shared shopping basket, plan meals, and compare grocery prices across stores. PantriBoss is a planning tool — it does not sell groceries and is not affiliated with the stores it references.

About prices and savings

Prices in PantriBoss come from information that has been entered or sourced for your household, and can change at any time at the store. PantriBoss shows a price only when it has one, and tells you plainly when it doesn't. We don't guarantee any particular price, saving, or outcome — actual costs depend on the stores you shop and the choices you make.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your household access code and personal PINs reasonably private; anyone with them can view your household's basket.
• Provide accurate information (including a valid email at household creation).
• Use PantriBoss only for lawful, personal household purposes.

Availability

We work to keep PantriBoss available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Capital is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of PantriBoss, including any reliance on prices or savings estimates shown in the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PantriBoss after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
